We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy on Lux Day, Beauty Night, and Bella Night face creams. Subject to the terms and conditions herein.

If at any point within 30 days of your purchase of the aforementioned products, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return and refund request and receive a full refund or equal value exchange. 

30 day refund only applies to first time orders, otherwise see below for general return information.

What products are eligible for a return? 

Currently, only the lux day, beauty night, and bella night face creams are eligible for a return. 

How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase

You may submit a return or exchange request by emailing Tanja.kindler@sequoia-skin.com within 30 days of your purchase from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order ID, and whether the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong product. We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchase.

Returns outside of first time order money back guarantee

Return/exchange items must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of the confirmatory email from Sequoia Skin with your shipping instructions, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 


Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
